Fullness Church is a nonprofit religious organization located in Chesapeake, Virginia. This privacy policy applies to information collected through our website, landing pages, SMS-based pastoral care flows, staff/admin tools, and the Fullness Church mobile app.

• Prayer requests, posts, comments, reactions, messages, RSVPs, check-ins, serving responses, and other activity inside the app

• Contact information you choose to import into invite tools
• Approximate or precise location only when you grant permission
• Photos or media you choose to upload
• SMS message content, phone number, date, and time when you choose to text our care team
• Basic technical information needed to keep our services secure and reliable

We do not sell personal information. Some features are optional and only collect information when you choose to use them or grant permission.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide app, website, landing page, and pastoral care features
• Connect your account to the right church profile
• Help members participate in prayer, groups, events, discipleship, serving, and church communication
• Respond to messages, prayer requests, and care needs you share with us
• Send notifications you have enabled
• Support pastoral care, safety workflows, and content moderation
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience

Sharing

Fullness Church does not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate church ministry, provide requested features, protect safety, comply with law, or work with service providers used by Fullness Church.

Our service providers may include tools such as Supabase, Expo, Planning Center, and other church-approved systems. Some content you submit, such as public posts, prayer requests, comments, profile details, group participation, or messages, may be visible to other app users depending on the feature, your privacy settings, and moderation status.

Prayer Requests and Sensitive Content

Prayer requests may contain sensitive personal information. Our app is designed to support pastoral care and safety. Requests that appear to involve crisis or immediate care needs may be reviewed by church leadership or pastoral staff.

Contacts

Contacts are accessed only when you choose to add someone from your address book to an invite list. Contact access is not used to message people automatically.

Location

Location is used only if you grant permission, and is intended to support relevant church events, announcements, and local context.

Photos and Camera

Photos and camera access are used only when you choose to add or update media, such as a profile photo, post image, or check-in related photo.

Notifications

Notifications may include prayer responses, messages, event reminders, livestream notices, and important church updates. You can manage notification preferences in the app or through your device settings.

SMS Communications and Opting Out

If you submit your phone number through a Fullness Church website or landing page and request follow-up, we may send you customer care and informational text messages related to that request, including prayer follow-up, visit planning, baptism follow-up, pastoral care, and church connection responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP and get help by replying HELP.

Mobile opt-in information, consent, and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children and Families

Our ministries serve families, but the mobile app is not intended to be directed to children under 13 as a standalone child-focused service. Parents and guardians should supervise minors using church communication features.

Data Retention and Controls

Records are retained as needed to provide app features, maintain church records, support pastoral care continuity, protect safety, comply with legal obligations, and operate ministry systems. You may update privacy preferences in the app and may request a copy of your data or ask for account deletion by contacting us directly.
